This mugshot of 18 year old Axl Rose (then known as William Rose or William Bailey) was unearthed by writer John Jeremiah Sullivan while researching for a GQ article. The nature of the arrest is unknown, although Sullivan remembers it relating to theft or destruction of another person’s bicycle.
